Our farm raises CKC registered Cairn Terriers, CKC registered Miniature Schnauzers and Schnoodles. If your considering the purchase of a puppy, give us a call and we can tell you when we are expecting pups, or what we might have for sale at that time. It happens frequently that we need to put you on a waiting list, which then we notify you when pups arrive. All of our puppies come with a two year health guarantee, because we stand behind our dogs.
All of our breeds are bred to be family pets. All of the puppies we raise are NON-SHEDDING. We call them lap dogs for this reason. No one wants a 40 pound dog on there lap....

All weights are approximate! They all depend on the mating of the sire and the dam. Sometimes we get an extra small puppy or one a little larger, but mostly they stay in the range above.
MALE OR FEMALE:
Years ago a male was more desirable because females hardly ever were spayed, but now is is common to spay and neuter. Both are equally satisfactory pets. A neutered male will not mark and a spayed female will not spot.
BREED DISCRIPTION:
CAIRN TERRIER: Small alert dog with lots of intelligence. Comes is an array of colors. Often lighten some in color from birth. Truly a big dog in a small package, small enough to carry easily and hold in your lap, but tough enough to enjoy playing with the kids. No two cairns are alike in personality and character. Can be independent and needs boundaries, but very obedient and quick learners. Love children and playing fetch, but know when its time to lay down and relax. Cairns are a basically healthy dog and can live 14 to 15 years or more. Ears should stand up and tail should be staight (Tail doesn't curl over back). Some words that come to mind when thining of a Cairn are: Hardy, Smart, Active, Expressive. Originating from Highlands of Scotland and the Isle of Skye.
MINATURE SCHNAUZER: Small attentive, sturdily built dogs. Energetic and affectionate. Easy to train. Comes in black, gray, salt and pepper, and white. Makes a great companion, family pet, very good with children. Sometimes clever, sometimes stubborn. Love people and kids, this breed is not snippy! Known to have eye problems. Can live 13-16 years or more. Can be yappy if not trained. (We have NEVER had any eye problems with our Miniature Schnauzers)
SCHNOODLE: Cross between a Miniature Schnauzer and a Toy Poodle. Small, a dog that likes to play, but also likes to lay around. Loves being around people. Very smart and easy to train. Comes is a large variety of colors. Hair coat can be curly like the poodle and sometimes straight and coarse like the schnauzer. Changes with every puppy. Can live 15 years or more. Newer breed originating in the United States.
